Re: Suggestions On Finding An Installer - Southern Ohio
Window manufacturer is out of the region and has no local rep. Would love to buy the windows from a local company but there are no options as they are tilt turn windows. Just wondering if anyone in Southwestern Ohio has any leads on good installers.

Casement Windows That Will Handle 1 & 3/8 inch Glass?
Any input on a very high quality casement window that can handle/offer a Cardinal 1 and 3/8 inch glass package wherein the total glass area is approximately 13.5 sq ft. (5.5ft by 2.5 feet)? Window material would preferably be reinforced vinyl but we are open to other materials like fiberglass. Thanks

Re: Need Help In Ohio - Freezing Cold Rehau Windows
All,
Gilkey wasn't very cooperative. So, we got our attorney involved. Found lots of issues in addition to the windows being the wrong windows.
Again, Thanks to Rehau for taking the time to visit and clarify our window situation.

All,
Thanks for the responses. Makes sense. If the windows are out of square is the solution to reinstall them or do I new windows?
