I doubt labor is less expensive in ME vs OHIO. Your other quote of $6,800 for 17 windows seems more in line ($400.00 per window). People I've talked to tried to steer me away from the Excaliber. That said a co-worker has them and likes it. We are going with the Harvey Classic here and is running about $260 per window.
