dealer cost $30 to $50 per window, there are several glass packages that qualify for the ETC. Talk to the bidder about them and their full value.

typically windows are water proof only facing the correct way. You are opening yourself up to possible water damage.

There are many factors that affect a good estimate. It is difficult for any of us to see your specifics. Some the info in your post do not seem to given correctly, ie w x h. With out almost all the info correct we can not even tell you we would expect to see in our own market areas. But i will share...

The new paint on finish, ie OKNA, rejects the solar heat gain.

You need a pro to observe it and confirm what is going on.
