Shuco Windows -Cold draft

I have got 14 triple pane- krypton Shuco windows installed in my home last fall and noticed cold draft coming from three windows in the first floor. The cold air is leaking between the sash and the frame. The Velcro stuff between the sash and the frame is not forming a tight fit. Upon close observation, I could see a minor gap between them. Also I noticed cold draft at the corner edge between top and bottom sashes. I don't think it is an installation problem. What is the remedy to stop this cold draft?

You do need a service call.
If your installer has any problems not being able to fix this by simply tightening the shim screws, have him email me at window4u@insightbb.com and I'll walk him through the steps to solve the problem. There is a brand specific fix for this.
