Opinons about vinyl replacement windows please.

After looking at vinyl replacement windows by various manuafacturers, we have narrowed it down to Mildgard Tuscany, Certainteed Insulate, Simonton 7300 (the bids are within $400 of each other) to replace (retrofit) 14 aluminum framed windows in our home near Sacramento, CA. We have no plans to sell this home and could quite possibly live in it after our retirement (10 - 15 years from now). We also were impressed with the Seabrooke and Comfort series from Comfort Design but they are more expensive. We are willing to consider them if the higher price is worth it. Any suggestions, opinions, experience with the brands of windows I have mentioned?
