So my window install is about half done, my installer will be showing up later this week but we noticed something odd with the screens. In our bathrooms where the trim is painted white we went with the Okna 500 series, The rest of the house has the Starmark series w/ the wood trim.
With the Starmark windows the screens don't stay in place if you push them up they fall back down. Additionally it doesn't seem possible to push the screens so they cover the upper sash (and then lower the upper sash)
The 500 series in the bathroom seems normal, The screen is easy to push all the way to the top and stays where it is. Additionally its easy to push the screen up to cover the upper sash.
Is this normal on the Starmark, or is perhaps the installer not just finished tweaking it yet.
