I have seen many windows from many contractors (sunrise, okna, alside, polaris, solaris, ti, pella, anderson, marvin... my head is spinning!)
Of all of them, I like the LOOK of the sunrise restoration best and it appears to have a generally good reputation.
My job is replacing original (1980) builder installed casements (46 total. 15 operating).
Have a final (they 'got no more discounts to give') quote from a contractor with a very good reputation that is about $24k for:
- Sunrise Restoration
- Double pane Ultra-U VSS Argon low e glass
- simulated oak woodgrain interiou
- putty color exterior
This is the highest of the quotes i have (MINUS pella/anderson/marvin).
Is this a fair price / good deal ?
Anything I should be looking out for?
Thanks in advance for your opinions!
