Recommendations for a good mid-grade DH in the Southesst
Recommendations for a good mid-grade DH in the Southesst
I could use a recommendation or two for a good middle of the road replacement window. I don't really like the quotes I have now and I could use some outside help. I was looking to spend between $475 and $525 per window installed. If I can keep it under $500 a window I can also replace a door or two. Also a door recommendation would too... Thanks.

You should be able to get a good mid grade replacement window for 475- 525 as long as its not anything complicated.
Where are you located ( state ) ?
As for entry doors (front door), look at HMI, Provia, or Homeguard.

I'm located in Charlotte, NC. Would the Alside Mezzo be a good mid-grade window for $475-$525?

Alside doesn't make a good mid-grade product.
You might look for Simonton's 5500 or 9800 or Prism Platinum/Gold for that price range. Soft-lite and Sunrise might be available in your area as well. Both companies make some windows that could be good choices.
