Hello,
We are having some large furniture moved in a couple weeks. My sliding door wall is easy to talk out, but the stationary piece behind it has two of these brackets on it(2 holes going into the door, the other side of the bracket has two holes going into the wall. If I unscrew all of them won’t it mess up the screw holes after? How would I go about taking the doorwall out. It looks exactly like the one on the wall side windows tutorial video.

Just unscrew it from the wall and leave it attached to the door.
You should be able to slide the panel at that point and assuming you have removed any sort of lift out blocking, get the door up and out of the tracks.
