Water leaks...

Had a real good rain the other day, but had water seeping through the glazing bead at the bottom of the fixed panel on three slider windows...should I have manufacturer come out and reset the IG unit, or weep holes couldn't keep up and water backed up (pocket sills, not sloped) or maybe weep holes clogged? . Thanks.
