Gorell or Window Mart Windows

I have had two dealers give me quotes for double hung windows. Window Mart made in Arkansas which started at 5800 dollars and got down to 5300 dollars and a Gorell dealer with 5305 windows that started at 10400 dollars and came down to 8400 dollars with Gorell discount and a Samsclub discount since they were set up to display windows in the Sams Club. Both had double pane glass with e coating and very close U factors. I have seen post that Gorell is very good windows and want to know if these prices are good for 14 windows. I'm in SW Arkansas.
