Window Replacement in SE PA

Hi all, looking for recommendations on which quote to go with based on window brand and pricing. Looking to replace 14 original wood windows with new vinyl replacements in Philadelphia area. Here's the 3 quotes I'm between:

1 - 12,800 - Harvey Industries Classic Line
2 - 15,817 - Vytex Fortis
3 - 15,876 - Provia Endure

Thanks in advance for any advice or tips!

+1. I'd check out the Nerd if you haven't done so.

On the products, the Vytex is the only option that I'd consider of those three.
