Vendor contacts in Eastern PA

Hello- I was curious if anyone had any vendor contacts for windows in Eastern PA/Lehigh Valley/Scranton area.

I'm looking for 16 new construction replacement windows for a rental I'm rehabbing. I see various brands recommended in this forum however some of the brands seem to be location specific.

Do you have a contractor's license? i.e. for purchasing from a supply house?
