We chose Window World at the recommendation of my brother-in-law. He had the top of the line window installed in a brick sided home in the Tulsa OK area. He was very pleased and had done a lot of homework before making his choice. He had proof of the energy savings he was able to get over the year that they had been installed. We also got the best windows they offered and were satisfied with the price and the installation of the standard windows. Our house required 2 large custom trapezoid shaped windows and these haven't been installed yet. The reason for the delay was that the window openings weren't measured correctly and the windows came in undersized. WindowWorld is replacing them with no reluctance. Installer sub and the guy who did the original measurements no longer work for WW franchisor. I will post the results of this because I believe follow-up is the key to customer satisfaction.
