DO NOT purchase windows made by Gorell, pay twice as much for Anderson or other reputable companies - paid $9867.00 for 16 windows that have all had broken seals at one time or another, paid for LIFETIME WARRANTY, Gorell was sold 2012 and the new owner will not HONOR that warranty - but advised we can purchase the now 8 replacement sashes we need. BUYER BEWARE!
