Window Identification
Can anyone tell me if all new windows should arrive with some sort of identification on them somewhere stating what they actually are? For example, if I am supposed to be getting Polaris Ultrawelds with low E and argon, will there be a label or such indicating that I can verify prior to installation...

It is a small company which has been with the BBB since 1996 and has no complaints within the last three years. He does have an answering service and I have already seen is new registered state license. He says he will not be making much by the time he pays his crew because he will have over 5k in t...

Re: Current Choices
After speaking with the contractor today this is what he is offering. There will end up being 18 ultraweld windows. All will have low E and argon. 8 will be wood grain interiors and ten will be white on white for $6800. Is this a reasonable price?

I have requested the CDP number while getting estimates and have not been able to receive the information for all of them. How can I obtain them if the con...

We live on the PA Ohio border and unbeknownst to me until now have a large amount of local manufacturers and countless installers in our area. I h...
